  • Price Regulation and Extraordinary Price Adjustment Requests: Representation before the Drug Market Regulation Chamber (CMED) to ensure compliance with drug price regulation standards. Assistance in the preparation and submission of extraordinary price adjustment requests, as well as administrative defenses for price regulation infractions.
