Administrative and Regulatory Law

KVLAW assists in matters relating to Administrative Law, acting in advisory and administrative litigation before regulatory agencies and public bodies at the federal, state and municipal levels, including the Courts of Auditors. Services include:

  • Assistance in consultations and government hearings;
  • Legal advice on matters related to regulatory agencies and various public bodies, advising clients on governmental norms and acts in their various spheres;
  • Development of strategies and elaboration of legal opinions to adapt projects of private companies to administrative norms;
  • Legal opinions on the constitutionality of laws or normative acts;
  • Preparation of defenses and administrative appeals against infraction notices (notices of violation) issued by Public Authorities and/or Government Agencies;
  • Representation before Courts of Auditors, administrative misconduct, and class actions;
  • Representation in cases that deal with matters of constitutional law;
  • Representation in binding precedent proposals before the Federal Supreme Court.
