Consumer Law and Product Liability

The Consumer Law and Product Liability Department of KVTS is the go-to provider of legal advice on consumer law matters. We represent clients in Court cases and before the bodies of the National Consumer Defense System. Our services include:

• Assistance in assessing the need and implementing recall procedures before the Ministry of Justice, PROCONs, and the applicable regulatory bodies;
• Assistance in the definition and elaboration of a media plan;
• Acting in administrative and/or judicial procedures related to the recall;
• Drafting and review of consumer contracts and adhesion contracts;
• Representation in administrative and judicial proceedings involving consumer law issues; and
• Representation in class actions involving consumer law issues.
