Bidding Tenders and Public Contracts

KVTS Public Procurement and Contracts area operates in bidding procedures, entering into contracts and agreements with the Public Administration, including Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs). Services include:

• Assistance to companies in participating in bidding procedures, with the preparation of proposals, analysis and compilation of qualification documents, preparation of requests for clarification, challenges to public notices, appeals, including assistance during the public sessions by the bidding body;
• Legal guidance to private companies during the execution of administrative contracts, including assistance in the preparation of contractual amendments and notifications for termination;
• Assistance in the discussion of clauses on the economic-financial balance of administrative contracts and in the conduct of inspection procedures carried out by the bidding body;
• Preparation of defense against application of contractual and administrative penalties.
