Flávio A. Spegiorin Ramos

Flávio Spegiorin is partner at KVTS and works in the areas of Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution, Agribusiness, Food, Life Sciences e Healthcare, Consumer Relations, and Product Liability. Flávio has solid engagement in complex and challenging cases in several areas of Law, and his practice in particular covers companies in the pharmaceutical, food, agricultural, cosmetic, medical device, retail (including e-commerce), and technology sectors, among others.

Flávio graduated with a degree in Law at UNESP, completed a partnership program in France (Université Jean Moulin Lyon 3) as part of his master’s degree at USP (the University of Sao Paulo Law School), holds a Master of Laws from the University of São Paulo, and is currently enrolled in a Ph.D. program at USP. He is recognized and mentioned by clients in international publications such as “Chambers & Partners” (Life Sciences); “Benchmark Litigation”, “IFRL 1000 – Financial and Corporate”; “The Legal 500”; “Análise – Advocacia 500”; “Best Lawyers”; and “Leaders League”.
