Chemical and Sanitizing Products Industry

• Regulatory Compliance: Guidance on regulations from competent authorities. Assistance in the regularization of chemical and cleaning products, including licensing and compliance with controlled substances regulations.
• Complex Contracts: Drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, manufacturing outsourcing agreements, distribution contracts, among others.
• Litigation and Disputes: Representation in judicial and administrative disputes, including arbitration. Handling procedures before regulatory bodies and negotiating TACs with the Public Prosecutor’s Office.
• Sanitary Infractions: Defense, appeals, and monitoring of sanitary infraction processes at the federal, state, and/or municipal levels, as well as before Professional Councils.
• Company Licensing: Assistance in obtaining the necessary authorizations and local sanitary licensing.
• Import and Export Consultancy: Assistance in the import and export processes of chemical and cleaning products. Coordination with foreign offices in projects for the internationalization of Brazilian companies.
• Controlled Products: Expertise in administrative procedures with the Police and the Army for licensing activities involving controlled products and defending against infractions from these authorities.
