Marco Aurélio Torronteguy

Marco Aurélio Torronteguy is partner at KVTS and works in the regulatory and contractual areas of life sciences, health, and agribusiness. Marco advises national and international clients on advisory and litigation matters, administrative procedures, crisis management, regulatory compliance, and new business projects in Brazil. With over 20 years of experience in health law, Torronteguy works for the pharmaceutical, medical devices, food, cosmetics, sanitizing products, fertilizers, agricultural pesticides, and chemical products sectors, as well as for health services and technology companies. He acts in administrative proceedings before ANVISA, local health surveillance agencies, ANS, CMED, MAPA, among others. Torronteguy holds a degree from UFSM, a PhD from the Faculty of Law of USP, and a specialization in Health Law from the Faculty of Public Health of USP. He is recognized and cited by clients in international publications such as Chambers Brazil, The Legal 500, Leaders League Brazil, and Análise Advocacia 500.
